A graduate of Bucknell University and Duquesne University Law School with more than 45 years of experience in courtrooms throughout western Pennsylvania, Brad heads the litigation section of the firm. He passionately advocates our clients’ interests in all types of lawsuits, from the representation of seriously injured plaintiffs in personal injury cases, including auto accidents and medical malpractice cases, to product liability and workers compensation to commercial litigation of every type. Brad is an experienced trial lawyer who is often asked to serve as a mediator to help resolve cases for other attorneys. Brad also counsels clients and their families with Estate planning and administration needs.
Brad is a member of the Washington County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He is a former assistant district attorney for Washington County. He is a former president of the Washington County Bar Association.
Brad is also distinguished in Washington County, serving as a board member and past president of Southwestern Pennsylvania Human Services, Inc and a board member for Penn Highlands Hospital and Penn Highlands Southwest Region Hospital System.
