Avoid pitfalls in real estate transactions and legal needs

On Behalf of | Apr 27, 2020 | Real Estate Transactions |

Many Pennsylvania residents have been involved in either the purchase or sale of real estate. For most people, it is residential real estate transactions that they are most familiar with. However, there are many different types of real estate transactions and other legal needs related to real estate that can present issues for Pennsylvania residents.

For example, businesses in Pennsylvania may lease property instead of buying it. When that is the chosen path, those businesses will need to negotiate commercial real estate leases, which can be quite complex documents. Business, as well as individuals, will also likely encounter questions about lending when it comes to real estate.

Those are just a couple of examples of “big ticket” real estate issues. There are many other more detailed issues, such as tax implications in real estate transactions, zoning issues and even issues related to mineral or oil and gas rights on certain tracts of real estate. In short, most real estate legal issues have the potential to become complicated quite quickly. That is why Pennsylvania residents and businesses need to do their best to avoid the pitfalls involved in these deals

At our law firm, we work with our clients to help them avoid pitfalls and get to successful resolutions with real estate issues. Every issue is unique, and so the resultant solution may be unique as well. We do our best to help our clients achieve their goals.
