A graduate of Yale University and Duquesne School of Law. He is the managing director of Bassi, McCune and Vreeland, P.C. Mr. Bassi also serves as general counsel to Charleroi Federal Savings Bank, as the solicitor for two western Pennsylvania school districts, and for various municipal clients in southwestern Pennsylvania.

He is experienced in estate planning and administration as well as municipal law and dispute resolution – building a reputation for integrity in a number of matters involving wills and trusts, real estate transactions, oil & gas leases including Marcellus Shale leases, powers of attorney and more for our clients in Charleroi, Washington County and throughout the region.

Active in economic development circles, he serves as solicitor for the Middle Monongahela Industrial Development Agency, and the Mid Mon Valley Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, where he served as a member of the House of Delegates. He is a past president of the Washington County Bar Association.
