A graduate of Kent State University and the West Virginia University College of Law, where he served on the editorial staff of the West Virginia Law Review. Jim heads the real estate section of Bassi, McCune and Vreeland, serving our clients in Charleroi, Washington County and southwestern Pennsylvania with the highest level of real estate services.

Jim helps our client with a number of services including structuring and implementing the development of business, commercial and planned residential properties, residential and commercial lending, full contract financing, title work, zoning issues and real estate title policy defense and much more.

Also, Jim provides a higher level of service as a certified title agent providing title insurance from Fidelity National Title Insurance.

He is also a former Washington County Solicitor and is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. He is a trustee and former board president of the Washington County Community Foundation, Inc., and a former president of the Washington County Bar Association.
