A graduate of Bucknell University and Duquesne University Law School with more than 30 years of experience in courtrooms throughout western Pennsylvania, Brad heads the litigation section of the firm. He passionately advocates our clients interests in all types of lawsuits, from the representation of seriously injured plaintiffs in personal injury cases including auto accidents and medical malpractice cases, to product liability and workers compensation to commercial litigation of every type.

Brad is an experienced trial lawyer who is often asked to serve as a mediator to help resolve cases for other attorneys. Brad is a member of the Washington County, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He is a former assistant district attorney for Washington County. He is a former president of the Washington County Bar Association.

Brad is also distinguished in Washington County, serving on the Board of Directors of the Charleroi Federal Savings Bank, as a board member and president of Southwestern Pennsylvania Human Services, Inc. He has coached youth baseball and basketball and high school mock trial teams for over 20 years.
